Passports
The Passports division receives passport applications, reviews, certifies new passport applications, and sends them to the Department of State for issue. Passport applications are executed at Baker County Courthouse and forwarded to the appropriate facility for processing. Photos may be obtained from Walgreens or CVS in Macclenny.

Make Sure You Have These

Birth Certificate: must be an official copy with raised seal
Photo Identification
Passport Photo: 2x2, plain background, no graphic tees
Application: Printed or black ink only, do not sign it
Fees to Department of State: See Fee Schedule
Fees to Baker County Clerk's Office: $35
For minors 15 and under both parents must be present with ID or one parent with Department of State's consent form completed and notarized for the other parent
