PHONE SCAM ALERT:

There have been scam calls directed at Baker County citizens claiming to be from the County Clerk. The scammers claim that the citizen was summoned for Jury Duty and did not appear or respond, and must pay a fine. They may state your address and claim to have received mail from you, however this is public information that can be scraped from property appraiser websites, so do not be alarmed.

The clerk will NEVER call you directly regarding this, all communications would be through certified mail. If you get a call claiming to be from the Baker County Clerk, it is a scam, DO NOT give them any personal information.
